As a participant in DeKalb County’s Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE) Program, this subcontractor plays a key role in supporting the CD PRAC Sanitary Sewer Assessment project under Contract No. 1362427. Working alongside Vortex, the team brings specialized expertise in point repairs which involved the installation of 6” to 20” ductile iron pipes, precast and brick manholes, and the full restoration of disturbed areas, including roadway asphalt paving. These services are delivered with a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality execution across all phases of gravity sewer line construction and rehabilitation.

In addition to pipe and manhole installation, the scope of work included traffic control on major roads, locating and adjusting buried manholes, construction of easement access roads, and a variety of erosion control measures such as silt fencing, riprap installation, and vegetative restoration. The team also managed critical bypass pumping operations and temporary creek crossings to ensure continuous system functionality during construction.
